APPLICATION TO JOIN  for New Members

The deadline for annual dues is November 1.  Note: Renewing Members Click Here Mail your payment to Mount Baker Club, PO Box 73, Bellingham, WA 98227  $18 family $15 single.  New members also pay one time $5.00 initiation fee plus dues. Release and Indemnity Agreement The undersigned wishes to participate in activities offered by the Mount Baker Club, a non-profit corporation. I/We understand and recognize that any outdoor activity may involve certain dangers, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling on roads, trails, mountainous terrain, accidents or illness in remote places, forces of nature, and the actions of activity leaders, coordinators or of other participants and other persons. I/We further understand and agree that without a program providing protection of its assets, leaders and members, the Mount Baker Club would not be able to offer its activities. In consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in the activities offered by the Mount Baker Club, I/We agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY the Mount Baker Club and its members from any and all liability, claims and causes of action in any activities offered by the Mount Baker Club. I/We personally assume all risks in connection with these activities. The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my/our heirs, personal representative and for all members of our (my) family.
